Dick Clark’s AB Theater – 2 O’Clock Rocks! This 2pm matinee features The Comets of Bill Haley and The Comets, the first band to fuse country and western swing with rhythm and blues to create Rock’N’Roll. These legendary stars will perform such beloved hits as “Rock Around The Clock,” Shake Rattle n’ Roll,” and “See Ya Later Alligator”. The Comets team up with KcKenna Medley, daughter of Righteous Brothers’ Bill Medley, and Dave Sommerville, lead singer of the Diamonds, whose hits include “Little Darlin’, “The Stroll” and “Silhouettes”. It is American Bandstand at it’s best! |
