  1. Branson Tourism Center's Best Price Promise is available to any customer who makes a qualifying purchase from Branson Tourism Center, and only applies to purchases of show or attraction tickets, lodging, or restaurant vouchers made directly from Branson Tourism Center. Branson Tourism Center's Best Price Promise does not apply to purchases through Branson Travel Agency (such as airline tickets or rental car reservations) or any other affiliate of Branson Tourism Center.
  2. If, after you purchase tickets, lodging, or packages from Branson Tourism Center, the price offered by Branson Tourism Center for the identical tickets, lodging, or packages (meaning the same number of tickets, seat/room type, show or lodging facility, dates, and times) goes down at any point up until the date of check in at Branson Tourism Center, Branson Tourism Center will refund you the difference in price when you check in at our office.
  3. Branson Tourism Center's Best Price Promise does not apply to prices available on other web sites or offered by any other company, and does not apply to tickets, lodging, or packages that you purchase from Branson Tourism Center and then cancel.
  4. Branson Tourism Center's Best Price Promise does not apply to prices that are not available to the general public. Prices not available to the general public may include corporate discounted rates or private, government, military, and wholesale prices.
  5. Branson Tourism Center's Best Price Promise does not apply to sales and promotional offers.
  6. Branson Tourism Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any claims that are suspected or deemed fraudulent.
  7. Branson Tourism Center reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Price Promise Program at any time without prior notice. If the Best Price Promise Program is modified or cancelled, all purchases made up until such modification or cancellation will still be honored. Any modification of the Best Price Promise Program will be effective for future purchases once posted on the Branson Tourism Center web site. Any cancellation of the Best Price Promise Program will be effective for future purchases once references to the program are removed from the Branson Tourism Center web site.
