The following are questions you should ask BEFORE you make reservations with any company offering to make your Branson vacation plans.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
This is a very important question to ask, and you should compare the policies of other companies with ours. We have a standard cancellation policy that is simple and fair; details are below.
Should your plans change and you need to cancel all or part of your order, you have several options:

Purchase No Questions Asked Trip Protection
You can protect your entire order with No Questions Asked Trip Protection which allows you to cancel any portion or all of your order, for ANY reason, up until noon on your arrival date (the earliest date in your itinerary) and receive a FULL refund with absolutely NO cancellation fees (the price of No Questions Asked Trip Protection is non-refundable).

Change your itinerary dates
We have very strong relationships with our participating lodging properties, theaters, and attractions. Almost always, we can work with them to change the dates of your itinerary with no cancellation or change fees*.

Cancel your order and put the balance on a Gift Card
If changing your itinerary dates doesn't work for you, you can cancel all or part of your order and put the amount cancelled on a Gift Card, we will waive all cancellation fees*.

Cancel your order and obtain a refund
If you cancel part of or all of your order and require a refund to your original credit card, we will work with the lodging properties, theaters, and attractions to obtain a refund for you. We pass along to you all amounts that we can get refunded from them, less a 10% cancellation fee.
Generally, cancellations requested more than 3 days before you arrive in Branson are able to be fully refunded (less the 10% cancellation fee).
Once you get within 3 days of arrival, however, refund requests are at the discretion of the lodging property, theater, and attraction, and refunds cannot be guaranteed. We will request that they cancel your reservation and waive any fees, and we will refund to you anything that we can get refunded from them (less the 10% cancellation fee).
We sell vacation packages, lodging, shows, and attractions at discounted prices and do not charge any service charges or add-on fees (like most others do). The 10% cancellation fee helps us recapture some of our cost of processing your transaction, such as credit card fees on the initial charge and refund, and the time to process your cancellation with the lodging properties, theaters, and attractions.

Why do I get voicemail when I call during business hours?
We pride ourselves on customer service and we spend the time necessary with each customer to answer all of their questions. We ask that you are patient and know that we will give you the same courtesy when we are on the phone with you. Leave a voice mail message and we will return your call as promptly as possible, or if you prefer, you may wait a few minutes and call us back. You will be glad you waited because we save thousands of customers, just like you, a lot of time and money and we will enhance your Branson vacation experience.
When will our credit or debit card be charged?
Once all your lodging and/or show tickets have been confirmed we do charge your credit or debit card. This is done prior to your arrival which allows us to secure the best possible seating or lodging.
How long does it take to get my Confirmation letter?
Our goal is have your Confirmation letter sent to you within a week of receiving your order. If you have provided us with an e-mail address, we will e-mail it to you, otherwise it will be mailed to you. If your arrival date is less than 7 days from your order date, we will expedite this process.
How can you sell me lodging and show tickets at a discount if you do not charge a Service Fee?
We purchase thousands and thousands of hotel rooms and show tickets each year and we have great relationships with theaters, shows and attractions so we can provide Concierge service - including terrific perks - without charging more than going direct.
