"Premium Trip Protection"
"Premium Trip Protection" may be purchased with any order from Branson.com for a flat rate of $19.95 (tax included). This allows you to cancel any portion or all of your order for any reason up until noon on the earliest date of your itinerary with absolutely no cancellation fee and a full refund of items purchased on your itinerary (the purchase price of $19.95 is non-refundable).
"Premium Trip Protection" gives you peace of mind when needing to cancel any portion or your entire vacation prior to noon on the earliest date of your itinerary. To receive a full refund with no cancellation fee, you must call and speak with a Branson.com vacation specialist prior to noon on the earliest date in your Branson.com order itinerary. Cancellations by voice mail, e-mail, or otherwise not communicated with a Branson.com vacation specialist over the phone may not qualify for a full refund. If you call after noon on the earliest day of your itinerary you will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
"Premium Trip Protection" can only be purchased on your first original order. When booking your vacation simply tell your vacation agent you would like to add the "Premium Trip Protection" to your purchase.
Trip Protection is not available for purchase after your original purchase, whether in conjunction with an order or individually added to a previous order. If you have not purchased Trip Protection, the standard cancellation policy remains in effect.
Even if your order includes "Premium Trip Protection," after noon on the earliest date of your itinerary (arrival date), the standard cancellation policy will go in effect.
"Premium Trip Protection" is non-refundable and has no cash value.
"Premium Trip Protection" covers items purchased from Branson.com (including show and attraction tickets, lodging, meal vouchers, and baskets), and does not cover any other travel expenses you may incur. "Premium Trip Protection" does not cover any purchases made through Branson Travel Agency such as airline tickets or rental car reservations.
As referenced above, "noon on the earliest date of your itinerary" means 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on the earliest date included in your Branson.com order (show date, attraction date, or lodging check-in date).
