What is Branson Tourism Center's Concierge program?
Branson Tourism Center's Concierge Program is a free customer rewards program that gives you exclusive benefits just for enjoying a fabulous Branson vacation. As a Concierge member, you'll receive great discounts as well as news and special offers to make your Branson vacation even more special:
- Exclusive Concierge Member Discounts on vacation packages.
- Free e-newsletter with monthly updates of events and performances
- Advance notice of special limited engagements. Never miss your favorite performers!
- Online vacation and show itinerary.
- Free show alerts to notify you of changes and cancellations.
- Concierge members always receive a 20¢ per gallon discount on gas (up to 20 gallons) with every vacation package purchase.
How do I join the Concierge program?
Just book your Branson vacation through Branson Tourism Center and you're automatically enrolled. Best of all, you can start taking advantage of the program benefits with this initial purchase. No waiting!
Does it cost anything to become a member?
Membership is free. Booking your vacation through Branson Tourism Center doesn't cost more either. With Branson Tourism Center you don't pay more...you just get more! There are no service fees or mark-ups - ever!
You might wonder how we can offer all these great benefits without charging a fee. Since Branson Tourism Center sells more Branson show and attraction tickets than anyone else, we can buy tickets at special prices. That means we can provide Concierge service -- including terrific perks -- without charging more than going direct.
How do I earn Gold Concierge status, and what are the benefits?
Simply spend at least $400 in one year and you automatically qualify for Gold Concierge status. (Don't worry, we'll keep track for you!) With Gold status, you'll receive all the Concierge benefits plus:
- Your own special members-only toll-free reservation number.
- Free photos of your favorite entertainers when you check in.
- Free Vacation Cancellation Protection credit to be used on any future order.
- Exclusive check-in line at Branson Tourism Center.
How do I earn Platinum Concierge status?
When you book your entire Branson vacation through us – shows, attractions, lodging, even complete vacation packages – you can reach Platinum level in no time. All it takes is spending a total of $1,500 or more over three consecutive years.

What benefits do I receive for Platinum status?
Welcome to the good life! You receive all the Gold benefits plus these terrific perks:
- Personal dedicated concierge agent.
- Free Cancellation Protection for life.
- Exclusive invitations to intimate gatherings with your favorite entertainers.
- Reserved show and event seating – for you and all the members of your party (even if they're not Concierge Platinum members yet).
- Free lifetime Platinum membership.
Do I get credit for purchasing as a gift card?
Many of the benefits you'll earn through the Concierge Program are benefits during your travel to Branson. Since many times gift cards are purchased for someone else, you'll get credit in the Concierge Program when you redeem a gift card, instead of when you purchase one.
Do I get credit for everything I purchase from Branson Tourism Center?
You'll get credit for every purchase of shows, attractions, lodging, packages, gift baskets, dining vouchers, and Cancellation Protection. Services offered through Branson Travel Agency, including rental cars and airfare, are not included in the Concierge Program.
What if I cancel something from my order?
The credit you accumulate in your account through the Concierge Program is based on the amount that you spend with Branson Tourism Center. Therefore, cancellations - whether you choose to cancel or an unforeseen circumstance causes a cancellation out of your control - will not be counted in your account. For example, let's say that you purchase a $450 vacation package, and with that purchase you will achieve Gold status. Subsequently, you cancel one of your shows and get a $60 refund, bringing your order total down to $390. If you don't choose to purchase anything in place of your cancelled show, you'll get credit for $390, which is equivalent to Concierge status. If you have any questions at all about the credits being accumulated in your account, just give us a call...we're at your service and here to help with anything that you need.
When do my purchases post to my Concierge account?
Your purchases will officially be posted to your Concierge account within a week after you complete your Branson vacation and depart. This way, we can have an accurate total of everything you should get credit for - including any additions you may have made while in town, or any cancellations - before we post to your account. If you earn enough credits to achieve a new status, you'll be able to enjoy your new Concierge status on your next vacation with Branson Tourism Center.
