The service was AMAZING!!!! We had to make changes and were accommodated extremely well each time. Over the phone and via e-mail the service was very hospitable and friendly. When we went in to get pick up our package the gentleman was even friendlier, answered ALL our questions and helped us a great deal! Thank you so much!!!!! We were a bit concerned with the timing of our vacation due to the storm/tornado damage, but EVERYTHING was wonderful. Bransonites were as fun & friendly as ever! The hotel was great, the shows and attractions were EXTREMELY fun and enjoyable, even the gas station attendants were friendly and cheerful. This was the first time our children visited Branson and we all can't wait to come back again.

Janice and I simply wanted to thank [your agents] for the vacation package that [they] booked for us. We had a magnificent time in Branson for the Holidays. The shows were truly spectacular and entertaining as usual. New Year Eve was particularly entertaining and most delightful. We were able to book into several other shows as well in the afternoons. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi at the Grand Plaza. Their breakfast buffet was enormous every morning. We may be booking with you again relatively soon. I just had to let you know how happy we were with your services. We just got back home after a week of fun (Nov 1 - 6). Mike got us show tickets and a wonderful motel that was easily accessible (Classic Motor Inn). We had the best seats in the house for all shows! Sharon Budnick made our flight arrangements and they were wonderful - they worked out well for us. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. We appreciate the courtesies that your staff has shown us. The staff members we have spoken to either by phone or in person have gone the "extra step" that many businesses seem to have forgotten to stress to their employees that work with the public on a daily basis. Simple things such as "I'll look to see if I can find----" , or "Feel free to call us.". This may not seem like much to the person saying these words, but to the customer it means a great deal, enough in our case to look forward to continual service with your tour center and not with others in the area. Reservations have never been a problem and everything is ready and waiting for us to pick up when we arrive. [We] are looking forward to working with you once again in 2011. Excellent service, prime seating every time we have booked with your center. "BTC all the way" is what we tell our friends here in Ohio. Job well done!!!

Irving, Sarah, Lena and there was another gent too, who helped schedule our four night stay and seven events to attend. Kudos to all y'all as we say here in Texas! Our stay was flawless and each event was really a joy to see...Could not have asked for better accommodations...If any of you ever want to wine and dine your own sweetheart ~ and make a BIG impression ~ get on your pony and ride to West Branson! (Psst ~ Take your swim gear and enjoy the splendid outdoor sauna.) We saw all the "ticket sales" outfits, all over town, but feel most confident, that lining things up with y'all was THE way to proceed. Dear friends at Branson Tourism Center, this may sound like something you have heard before, but we must tell you that my wife and I had a most enjoyable five day vacation at Branson last week. The entire staff at BTC is super! Everything was set up for us for our shows and events when we got there. We most certainly return to Branson and we will make all the arrangements through you all, air, hotel and shows-attractions. We drove and it was a long drive so we will fly next time now that there are direct flights from our area. Our fellow Texan in your staff, was great and most helpful and even suggested a better choice of hotel for the next time. The trip was so nice. Your staff made it so easy and everything about it was perfect. We have used other tourism centers in other places to book condos etc. and this was the first time I opened the door to the condo and said WOW! Not to mention the tickets for the shows. Your staff was so gracious during our reservation time and follow up, I want to say how our trip and stay was enhanced. Yes, we knew where we wanted to stay and who we wanted to see, but your staff gave us great prices and the seats were to die for. With Yakov, we had front row seats and were part of the show. You helped us make memories. On this trip, two couples, one in Kansas City and one in Florida said they wanted to go to Branson and meet us there. We like to make reservations early and get them paid for before we get there.

We want to thank you for your help in making our trip so much fun. We had a blast, even when it rained with thunder and lightening. The All American Inn was quiet, clean and staff was so courteous. We would recommend it to anyone. The entertainment was spectacular and we came home with CDs and DVDs to enjoy with friends. The food was very hard on our diets, but delicious. Loved the Branson Belle and went out the day we left to take pictures of her in the sunshine. You were right, we definitely needed a rental car (it did U-turns very well!) and we drove around the area a little. It's lovely and we are thinking of driving next time and taking our time. I can see why people love to live there.Congratulations on a great job and keep up the good work.
