#1)I needed a hotel with a handicap room and they found us a magnificent one. #2) We needed to cancel a show the evening of our arrival in Branson, they cancelled the show and immediately refunded our ticket price. #3) No matter what agent I spoke with in the months preceding our visit, all were friendly and helpful.
