As summer ends and children get ready to head back to school your family may want to make one more quick vacation to Branson! Branson heats up with exciting attractions, shows, shopping and other events.

Summer Car Cruise Weekend Package

Package is available from August 10-14, 2011

Join us in Branson for one of the best weekends in Branson as we celebrate hot rods and cars of the past! We have put together a fun package. The lodging will be right along the midnight cruise route. The package also includes tickets to see Clay Cooper or another fantastic show from our "A" category show list. The NashVegas All Stars - Live in Concert at Branson Landing July 29

What do you get when you combine five world-class musicians into one group - you get a super-group! This ensemble line up of dynamite musicians and vocalists are notorious for bringing a whole lot of fun wherever they perform. Although they hail from Nashville, Tennessee; this dynamite aggregation has traveled the world and kept audiences wanting more, performing classic Rock to Disco to Country and R&B – they do it all!

Titanic Museum Attraction - Rachel Wilson's Amazing Hedgwood Sculptures

On exhibit daily from July 1st thru August 14th at the Titanic Museum Attraction

Named as one of the top ten up and coming artists for 2011, Rachel Wilson returns to Titanic Branson with a brand new herd of amazing creatures she has created from fallen hedge branches. Wilson's work is far from ordinary. Last July, Wilson's enchanting animals stopped traffic at the corner of Hwy 76 and Gretna Road, creating a memorable public response to one of Titanic's free events.

Silver Dollar City Moonlight Madness - July 28 to August 7

As summer heats up your family will enjoy longer days at Silver Dollar City's Moonlight Madness! Enjoy 12 hours of excitement as the park remains open until 10:00 pm. Your family will enjoy rides, special shows and events and great deals throughout the park.

New for 2011! All New Science Madness features David Willey as he demonstrates experiments on thermodynamics, electricity, physics, classical mechanics and so much more!

Enjoy special shows at GAC echo Hollow starting each night at 7:00 pm. Then dance into the night with Silver Dollar City's Street Dance at 9:00 pm.

Each night will feature special food and merchandise offers.

Shops and eateries open until 10:00: Hospitality House, Ozark Marketplace, the Moonlight Madness Tent on the Square, Eva & Delilah's, Fanny's Funnel Cakes, Flossie's Fried Fancies, Hannah's Ice Cream Parlor, Wagon Works Grill and Wilson's Farmers' Market.

Nightwater! at White Water - July & August!

Splash into the night with Night Water at White Water, July 8-9, 15-16, 22-23 & 29-30, August 5-6, 12-13, 20 & 27, and September 3.. You can play all day, and stay past dark with extended ride hours 10am - 10pm!

2011 Shepherd of the Hills Super Summer Cruise August 11-13, 2011

One of Branson's Most Popular Weekend's!

The Shepherd of the Hills Super Summer Cruise weekend brings car enthusiasts from all over the country. The event features two events; a daily Show 'n Shine held daily at the Shepherd of the Hills Historic Homestead on West Highway 76 and the Midnight Cruise on August 8 down Shepherd of the Hills Expressway.

From 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily, the gates are open to the general public for the Show 'n Shine and entertainment event. 500 trucks and cars will be displayed for public viewing and judging. The Best of Show Awards will be presented at the Pavilion Theatre at Shepherd of the Hills starting at 4:00 p.m. on August 13.

The cruise is on Saturday August 13, 2011, at Midnight, and will begin at the paved parking lot of Celebration City, proceed up Hwy 376, go through the intersection and drive up The Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and extend the length of the Expressway to Roark Valley Road. The rally point for all cars participating in the cruise will be the Celebration City parking lot, just off of Hwy. 376.

Tax Free Weekend is August 5-7, 2011

Join us at Factory Merchants Branson for the Missouri state sales tax holiday effective on certain purchases. The Missouri State Sales Tax exemption includes: Clothing - any article of clothing including shoes, having a taxable value of $100 or less, School Supplies - not to exceed $50 per purchase, Computer Software - taxable value of $350 or less and Personal Computers - not to exceed $3,500.
