Branson is known for its live entertainment and there’s no exception at Christmas time. There are many shows completely dedicated to the holidays and nearly every theater incorporates Christmas music into at least half of the performance. You’ll hear traditional Christmas music, carols and hymns, sounds from the past and sounds from today. You’ll see Christmas lights, decorated sets and displays, costumes and more. And, you’ll feel the Spirit of Christmas everywhere you go.
With over 100 shows, theme parks, tons of attractions, the lakes, mountains, shopping and world-class golf, entertainment in Branson is so rich that everyone will create wonderful memories.

61st Adoration Parade & Lighting Ceremony - Sunday December 6th at 5:30 pm.
You are invited to take part in the long-standing and inspirational Branson tradition, the Adoration Parade. Starting with the annual lighting of the largest area nativity scene, overlooking Lake Taneycomo at dusk and culminating with a community gathering like no other: the Adoration Parade. If you’ve ever asked yourself the question, “What happened to Christmas?”- this inspirational community event is the answer you’ve been seeking. The Branson community gathers on this special day to set aside our individual aspirations and celebrate the true meaning of the Christmas season. It is our chance to stop and reflect on the beauty of the Christmas story that still inspires people today. This is a free event to the public.

"Simply Christmas" is a musical program that takes audiences through time to Christmas celebrations at various periods in history. Hear Victorian England Christmas Carolers; see Santa and his reindeer and hear the true story of St. Nick; learn how early American slaves celebrated Christmas; watch a Broadway style Christmas song and of course, witness a hilarious re-enactment of the nativity.

Experience the magic of the season during the Branson Area Festival of Lights 2009 as all of Branson is aglow for the holidays. The centerpiece, Branson Area Festival of Lights Drive-Through, will delight children of all ages. Your journey begins with a magical one-mile drive along a path illuminated with more than 120 displays. Conveniently located off Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Roark Valley Road, this one of a kind family experience promises to be spectacular.
Branson Area Festival of Lights Drive-Through is open daily November 1 to December 31, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. through 12:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. - Branson Limousine Christmas Light Tour
Branson Limousine Christmas Light Tour - November 1 to December 30
Make this season a memorable one for you, your family, friends, or a company Christmas party. Celebrate with a Christmas light tour of beautiful Branson! Sit back and enjoy some sparkling cider while listening to your favorite Christmas music in one of our warm and luxurious limousines.
Tours include a tuxedoed chauffer, refreshments: non alcoholic champagne or bottled water and candy canes. Customers can bring alcohol if everyone is 21 or older, a parent must accompany children.
Two Hour Tour available 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Branson Scenic Railway Presents The Polar Express - November 6 to December 19, 2009!
America's romance with the vintage passenger train lives on through excursions on the Branson Scenic Railway aboard a collection of unique passenger cars that travel through the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. This one hour 45 minute trip takes passengers through tunnels, over trestles, and through the southwest Missouri or northwest Arkansas wilderness that is still home to much wildlife and to the ruins of long-ago communities now named only on railroad maps.
Read along with the story as the train makes its magical round trip journey to the North Pole. Meet Santa and enjoy caroling, hot cocoa, a treat and a special gift for each child. Kids are encouraged to wear their pajamas! - Christmas on the Trail

You'll "Cowboy Up" to a big, hot, rib-stickin' bowl of 3-bean Trail chii, a big ladle of Cookie's Sparklin' dutch oven Taters, a cowboy-sized cut of mouth waterin' slow smoked sausage, a whole flame roasted ear of corn, a Texas size slab of cornbread with honey butter, and a big bowl of fresh-made dutch-oven bread puddin' made right over the campfire, along with a hot cup of cowboy coffee!

- Enchanted Forest
Enchanted Forest at Indian Point Village
Come back to Indian Point during the Christmas season and let us "light up your life" with spectacular and colorful lighting displays. The resorts and residents of Indian Point decorate for the season and sponsor the Enchanted Forest lighting display for all to enjoy free of charge. In addition to Indian Point's decorations.
The focal point is the now famous “Freedom Tree”. Just after the 9-11 terrorist attacks occurred, the volunteers decorating a crooked old Osage orange tree decided to wrap it in red, white and blue lights to express the Village’s patriotism and support for the country.

Hamner Barber "Wings of Christmas" Show
The Hamners produce several enormous exotic birds. Their beautiful Macaws and Cockatoos appear amid flying cards, flaming swords, falling coins and jewels and then perform an incredible flight over and around the audience before gracefully returning to the stage. In 2006 the Hamners received their second prestiguous Merlin Award from the "International Magicians Society" as International "Entertainers of the Year."
Jim Barber's incredible vocal abilities as a singer and ventriloquist leave everyone talking. Jim was recently awarded the International "Ventriloquist of the Year" Merlin Award for his unique combination of magic techniques and ventriloquism. His one-of-a-kind characters and original, wholesome comedy have made him an audience favorite.
During November and December the show takes on a holiday theme as "The Wings of Christmas" takes flight. A Spectacular production featuring the best of their regular show plus original new music and breathtaking illusions that appeal to all ages.

Mel Tillis along with son, Mel Jr. and daughter Carrie April will be bringing holiday cheer this Christmas in Branson. Christmas memories jump to life as a brand-new sensory experience highlights as the Miracle of Christmas comes to the Branson, Missouri. Ride the Ducks Land & Light Tour November 1 to December 13
The Ride the Ducks Land and Lighting tour is a sixty minute excursion that captures the magic of Christmas. The tour begins at the Highway 76 Country Music Blvd location and takes you to the Branson Area Festival of Lights Christmas Light Display, and then returns back to the duck dock. Santa's Reindeer at The Titanic December 4-5 & 11-12
Titanic’s parking lot will turn into a winter wonderland again when Santa and his reindeer stop by for two special weekends. Trail of Lights at Shepherd of the Hills November 1 to December 31
With an 18-year Heritage of Holiday Magic, The Trail of Lights is a drive-thru animation display that will carry you into the very heart of Christmas. The Trail winds its way through the historic 160 acre homestead, and will take you down the famous "Trail that Nobody Knows How Old" into a holiday wonderland. You'll travel through a variety of different lands each with their own theme, from fantasy to religious to patriotic. Life size three dimensional characters have their own housing so you can "peek “in on the fun happening inside. Festive holiday music is themed to each scene, and visitors are sure to find themselves singing along.
As a grand finale to the journey, visitors are invited to stop by Inspiration Tower where they can ride glass elevators up to 230' for a Santa's eye view of the lights from above.
