2012 Information
Top Finalists on NBC's America's Got Talent and national hit touring show, 3 Redneck Tenors enters their third year in Branson at the Americana Theatre. Written and directed by opera-veteran Matthew Lord with music arranged by award-winning composer Craig Bohmler, 3 Redneck Tenors features a cast of veteran Broadway and opera stars including Lord, Blake Davidson, Alex Bumpas and Dinny McGuire.
The show is an incredible musical adventure where audiences join Billy Bob, Billy Joe, and Billy Billee as they mix NASCAR with Beethoven, Elvis with Puccini and even kick up a little trailer park dust with Ave Maria Dixie. Audiences travel with our 3 singing cousins from their modest beginnings in Paris, Texas all the way to their triumphant concert performance in the second act. It's down home laughs with big city music and great entertainment for the entire family. Here's what one reviewer said about the show: "Beautiful singing is combined with humor and costuming to create an entertainment experience that is unique, beautiful, funny, and unforgettable. If you love great vocals artfully combined with some family-friendly redneck humor into a unique and powerful entertainment experience don't miss the 3 Redneck Tenors."
In November and December, the show changes to their special holiday performance, 3 Redneck Tenors Christmas SPEC-TAC-YULE-AR! The award-winning holiday show is completely different and features all holiday tunes including classics like Sleigh Ride, White Christmas, I'll Be Home for Christmas, Santa Baby, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Blue Christmas, O Holy Night, Winter Wonderland, Jingle Bells, and Silent Night. Audiences also enjoy holiday spoofs like Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer and I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and a few other great musical surprises!
We had a great time in Branson---time went by too fast. We will be back some day and will call the Branson Tourism Center.
